Owiwi is a startup that revolutionizes the way you find the best possible candidate through the merging of psychometric knowledge and gamification. It highlights soft skills and downplays the time it takes to identify a good hire. Their request was to show in the best possible way a recruiter’s report, and managing tool used after candidates complete their test through gaming decisions.
Candidates' test results are divided into soft skills (adaptability, flexibility, decision-making, resilience, etc.), so we needed to design and sort all this info in the best possible way. Other tabs, help the recruiter to check more stats about candidates, make notes about them, print reports as well as compare this info with the general norm (average score). Typography and color preferences were based on their brand requirements and guidelines.
